My girls were spoiled this year. Thanks to Aunts, Uncles, Grandparents and detailed lists to Santa, I’m pretty sure every wish they had came true. One gift my youngest received was the HEXBUG Nano Habitat and some fantastic wiggly creatures to go with it. I was fairly certain this would be met with glee, but to be honest, not 100% sure. After all, just last week SweetGirl did come running out of the bathroom pale as a ghost screaming for her Daddy because she did not want to “share her shower with a spider”!
When the spider “lover” opened her HEXBUG gift I was ready, armed with my camera to catch her true reaction to these strange and wriggly bugs. Her look…. pure joy!
Gift opening HAD to stop for just a minute so she could open up the HIVE, set up her bugs, and show them to the very interested cat!
The result of this gift has been hours of entertainment. This is high praise from little girls with more then their fair share of new toys, books and electronics to occupy them!
Some things I loved about this HEXBUG Nano Hive Habitat Set:
-it is transportable! (easily folds up to store too!)
-my little architects can customize the design and layout within the HEXBUG Nano set, allowing for even more creative and imaginative play. The Seesaw and Merry-go-round for HEXBUGS…fun!
-this set is two levels! Well that’s just cool.
-the HEXBUG Nano Hive Habitat Set can be connected to any other pre-existing habitat set or used as a stand alone toy.
A big thank you to HEXBUG for the opportunity to review their product. Shopping for January birthday parities will now be a snap! HEXBUGS and all the accessories are great for both girls and boys alike!

So I went over and watched a video at Amazon. So there are no real bugs involved, right? Looks like fun.

I’ve been wondering if my kiddos would enjoy HEXbugs…I might have to give them a try for upcoming bdays.
