I have a blemish, no a zit, in the middle of my chin and am embarrassed as hell about it. Zits should not happen to 40 year olds!
I currently feel anxious, angry and stressed. Why? Not because there is a single thing wrong in my life, but because little girls are mean. Sigh. Raising girls is hard.
I’m not bubble wrap Mom (I swear) but I am starting to think Home School Mamas may be some of the smartest women out there.
While I’m complaining, I‘m tired of nagging my Sweetgirl to practice the piano. Oh and clean her room, brush her teeth and put her dishes away! Is this my job? Yes, I guess it is.
Apparently it is also my job to wash the floor the dog vomited on. Yuck.
My coffee addiction is getting worse. That’s okay though, right? Perhaps I can counter it by adding an addiction to Baileys.
I’m pretty sure I have become somewhat spoiled. It’s been less then a year since I had the vacation of a lifetime. A trip here…
Now I’m dreaming of going here……
Italy!!! Have you been? Want to come?
Have a great weekend!

Yep, girls can be really mean…especially in middle school!!
I’ve never been a fan of baily’s…I just go right for the vino!
We visited Venice and it was magnificent. The trip of a lifetime for us….loved every minute of it.

Hubby and I don’t have kids yet, but a lot of our friends are dabbling in home school. I know there are many benefits, but the only thing I worry about is a child not knowing how to interact with other kids their age if they are homeschooling alone. Definitely sounds like you deserve another vacation 🙂

We just went to Italy three summers ago. It was amazing. I think Rome is by far one of the best cities I’ve been too. Topped only by Munich.

I have a zit right by my bottom lip….it’s killing me!
Little girls are vicious…teenage girls are worse. I understand that anxiety.
Italy? I would so love to go there…really…but I am afraid of getting on a plane.

I love it….adding Bailey’s to your coffee to counteract each other!! When we did our trip to London, Paris and Italy last year we were just in Turin, Italy which was not very exciting. It was a business trip afterall. I would love to go!

So hear you on zits in 40s. I recently went through a spate of them and wrinkles and zits just don’t go together!
Italy is my dream trip. One of these days. Go schedule it!

I realize I may be a little biased, but I have a feeling you will love your visit to Italy even more than that other place.:)
I’ll tell my mother to get the guest room ready!
