No need to make a run to the local coffee shop to cure that craving for the 4PM Cafe Latte, you can brew one up right at home! This recipe shows you how easy it is to make. You’ll save money and calories!
CREAMY SALTED CARAMEL LATTE
A coffee beverage with salted caramel? Yes please!
Makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup (175 mL) strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/4 cup (50 mL) 1% milk
- 3 tablespoons (45 mL) sugar free caramel topping
- 2 teaspoons (10 mL) Pure Via™ Stevia Liquid Sweetener*
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 mL) vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons (10 mL) lite prepared whipped topping
- Dash coarse sea salt
Directions:
- 1- Combine coffee, milk, caramel topping, Pure Via and vanilla.
- 2- Whisk until well blended.
- 3- Serve over ice, topped with whipped topping and a sprinkle of sea salt.
* Substitute 2 packets Pure Via™ Sweetener for the liquid.
