Imagine if women supported, loved and cared for each other the way little girls do. With their whole hearts, to the depths of their souls.
Imagine if we didn’t need any one else’s approval to be happy.
Imagine a world where kindness, honestly and were qualities that were valued above all else.
Imagine if every friend you ever made, was still standing strong and loyal by your side.
Imagine if growing up, wasn’t so damn hard. If learning those lessons in life, was just a little bit easier.
What if you weren’t judged by the way you looked?
What if you weren’t judged at all?
What if we all vowed to forgive past grievances, live in the moment, and love harder?
That would be a topsy, tipsy, sweet kind of world.
Why am I imagining all of these things today? ‘Cause it doesn’t hurt to dream.

With so much going on in the World today,we could use some kindness, honestly and more friendships!

I love this post,it really make you think.Honestly i think good people are all around us and their are many but just one can’t make the whole World feel like a bad place. It’s hard sometimes when you have to explain bad people to kids.

Forgiveness is something I struggle with. I know there are some things I need to let go of. I will, eventually. It’s hard right?
Kaci says
Love that! XO

Thanks Kaci!

So true, my sweet friend, so true…
I haven’t stopped in for a while, as I’ve basically been MIA from the Blogosphere. I LOVE the new (?) picture of you on your sidebar. You are so gorgeous, it hurts.
Is it too far into January to still say Happy New Year? Whatever….Happy New Year!!
xoxo
Stephanie says
I completely understand! I seems to get harder and harder to find the time, well, to do anything! 🙂 So happy to see you here today.
And yes, a new picture and bigger sidebar. Thanks for the kind words. You are too kind!! XO

This one made me a little teary! I miss some of my old friends, but I know they had to pass through my life for a reason 🙂
Stephanie says
So sorry I made you a little teary! I miss some of my old friends terribly, and am so thankful for some of my new one’s. Hugs!

I’ve forgiven the person who was terribly critical and negative to me all the time. Life’s too short to dwell on the past.
Stephanie says
Good for you! I know that can be very hard to do!

For the most part, people are nice. Mr Rogers (yes, that guy from the show) said that when they passed a bad accident, his mother told him “look at how many people are trying to help”. It’s true, the good far outweighs the bad.
Stephanie says
You’re right of course, most people are inherently good. Thank goodness! And that, Mr Rogers always knew what to say 🙂
