Do you have a Travel Bucket List? I do, and it’s a big one that just keeps growing. Somewhere near the top of this list is stunning San Diego, California. I’m ready to hop a plane with my family and explore the city that brought us the The San Diego Zoo, Old Town, LEGOLAND, and the famous La Jolla Beach.
The cost for a family of four to fly to San Diego can be on the spendy side so I started doing a little research to see how we could have little fun during the summer in San Diego without breaking the bank! Luckily, many things to see and enjoy in San Diego are absolutely free. With 70 miles of beautiful beaches, near-perfect weather and a variety of summer street fairs, concerts, and arts and cultural events, San Diego offers a fun and inexpensive summer getaway.

That’s an awful lot of fun free things to do in San Diego, I’d start with the Old Town State Historic Park and follow that by the Ocean Beach Antique District, after which my first day would be over and I’d be exhausted! 🙂 No way I could manage all 50 unless I was there for a couple of months.
