New Years is coming! New Years is coming! Have you decided what your New Years resolution will be? Will it be to eat better, read more, perhaps exercising? Ugh. I’m terrible at keeping the broad sweeping resolution. My fix to this wee problem;,I just don’t make big resolutions! Life is too short to disappoint yourself. This is why I was so happy to stumble upon a better idea. To create a resolution that is a wee bit more “doable” , more practile, yes, one that you can accomplish and feel a little bit proud of. Smart right? I’ve already started my first resolution and it’s a doozy. Ready; Turn the lights off. Yup, that’s my first resolution for 2016. Every time I turn around there are seven lights on in our home and most of those are in empty rooms. Off they go! Resolution accomplished. I also make sure to announce to world that “I’m turning off more lights” as I do so. It makes you feel even more accomplished.
Another easy and practical resolution, taking better care of your smile! . In 2016, just a few minutes every day can make your teeth whiter and your mouth healthier. Here are a few tidbits to take your shy smile to brilliant.
I introduce to you, the Winter White Oral-B Vitality Sensitive Clean Electric Toothbrush, $34.99
