In our house there is one proud, protective, loving, giving, attentive Father. Someone who can be counted on to laugh at dumb jokes, a supporter of big dreams, and when needed a shoulder to cry on. He’s the guy who will drive a carload of girls home from a Justin Bieber concert at 2AM, then turn around and get up at 5:30am to get out the door for work without missing a beat. He is the fixer of flat tires, the defender of the late night curfew, still the guy who can fix anything with duct tape, and the BBQ Master. In this house, they call him Dad. I am truly blessed to have a partner that is a best friend in this crazy parenting ride.
Next month Father’s Day rolls around again and I want to find some small way to thank my Dad for always being there, for being strong, for letting me know I was loved. I also want to thank my Husband for being the fiercely loving Daddy that he is. I don’t want to end up with that same old traditional neck tie or pair of socks, so what’s a girl to do? This year, I’m turning to O.co.
