If there is one place in the world where I can happily get lost for hours on end, it’s Indigo; Canada’s biggest book store. Wandering the aisles of beautiful books and magazines, a Starbucks in hand, it’s easy to lose yourself checking out the new releases, seeking adventure with a scary novel, broadening my horizons in the Travel section, or finding some family fun with the puzzles and toys. Indigo is one of my favourite places to escape when I want a little “me time”, or when I’m ready to get serious and do some Christmas shopping. Whether in store or on-line Indigo has something for everyone. Some new fun favourites in the sprawling Indigo stores revolve around…wait for it….all things Canadian! That’s right! Whether you are looking to put together a gorgeous gift basket of cheeky Canadian fun, or find that one unique, yet truly Canadian piece, Indigo is your go to store. The Maple Leaf Reading Socks caught my eye. The only thing is the maple leaves should be on your calves. When it’s freezing cold I would wear slippers with them & the maple leaves would be covered up & you wouldn’t be able to see them. 🎄🎁🇨🇦🇨🇦
