How do you add joy to your everyday? I find great joy in our 2 dogs — I think of their innocence and unbridled joy with little things like a great squeaker, or finding the perfect stick in the woods. This makes my happy.
We go for walks.
Several times a day, whether it’s summer, winter or in between I enjoy sitting on my patio reading a good book, enjoying a cup of coffee and the view of the small lake just beyond our garden. It’s amazing the birds I’ve seen there this year, even 7 pelicans despite this being Alberta! I also often get to smell a BBQ hardy folk are still BBQing even now.
I don’t let things get to me so I have time to enjoy life
I sing in an a cappella choir, so attend rehearsal once a week. That’s great for recharging, as is singing out around the community.
I ACTUALLY SCHEDULE TIME TO BE AROUND PEOPLE WHO MAKE ME AND I MAKE HAPPY …FAMILY AND FRIENDS ARE THE BEST
I always take the time to snuggle my kids. They always make me happy.
I have a grammy day with my sweet granddaughter
My dog takes me out for walks. When it’s been gloomy out, as soon as the sun breaks through we head on out and soak it up. We love the scent of Gain and this prize would be so amazing!
