Located on the outskirts of Florence, the Il Salviatino is a little piece of heaven just waiting to be discovered.
With only 45 rooms, and seemingly as many staff, Il Salviatino is a unique luxury boutique hotel for the discerning guest.
There are 40 rooms and 5 unique suites for a total of 45 suites, no two rooms are alike.
Our stay had us in two rooms with sweeping views over Florence. Worthy of note: There are a few rooms with option to connect just perfect if you are travelling with family or friend.
Floor to ceiling windows, hardwood floors, plush linens, vast bathrooms and bedrooms, and attention to detail make Il Salviatino a sophisticated choice if one is staying in Florence for work or holiday.
The continental breakfast served on the terrace each morning is sure to please every palate.
Spa services are available for extra cost, and the pool with attendees to make sure you are comfortable make it difficult to pry yourself away from the quiet.
The restaurant is open all day for guests. Dinner is served at night, on the terrace, and reservations are recommended. Weekends have live jazz music playing though the dinner hour to accompany your evening meal experience.
When you’re ready to check out a car service to the train can be easily arranged.
The only problem, it’s hard to leave the peaceful and thoughtful Il Salviatino.
